Beverages
at the lounge (groundfloor) drinks, snacks and other useful things are available. The withdrawal is based on trust and we kindly ask you to fill in the existing notes and leave them in your room. You may deposit the amount for the consumed goods in cash in the room, or we will send an online payment link after your departure. For Longstay guests, our crew collects the notes once a week on the cleaning day.

For the accommodation of our own bicycles/e-bikes we have a spacious and secured bicycle garage. Power outlets for charging are sufficient. Are you a long-term tenant and would like to use a bicycle? Please contact us!

as a boarding house, we generally do not offer any food service. Our guests cater for themselves through the spacious kitchens. In cooperation with the “bäckerboten” we offer a bread service (see under “bakery”).

Late arrival: Our reception is not fully staffed, but we try to welcome you personally as a guest. If this is not possible, as you arrive at night, we can send you a mobile key to your smartphone . see “key”. In this case, we need a photo of your passport or identity card – by Whatsapp to +4915237390753 or by mail.
Check-out
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. Simply leave the key (chip) in the room. We always try to make a late departure possible, but please understand that this is not always possible due to the occupancy. We are happy to store luggage for you.
Children
are very welcome at PRIMERA, the Superior Apartments are especially suitable for families. The Lake Constance region is beautiful and there is a lot to see – here are some tips:

the kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine. Upon arrival, you will receive a small trial set of capsules free of charge. Additional capsules are available in the lounge or, for example, at REWE market nearby.

FIRE!
hopefully not – but should something get on fire – keep calm, first alert the fire brigade: Phone 112
Getting yourself and others to safety, pay attention to the escape routes. Escape and rescue plans are inside the front door of each apartment. Familiarize yourself with the escape routes.
If you feel safe and all other people are secure you may make an attempt to extinguish the fire using the fire extinquisher which is located at the basement floor under the stairs.
Do not use the lift in the event of a fire!
First aid
The right phone number is 112 to reach the ambulance service. It is reserved for acute, possibly even life-threatening emergencies. These include: signs of a heart attack (severe chest pain, shortness of breath, cold sweat).
A first aid suitcase is located at the basement freely accessible under the stairs next to the fire extinguisher.

Also worth mentioning is the Singen weekly market: The weekly market takes place in the car park at Herz-Jesu-Kirche (within walking distance of the apartment building). Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – all year round – additional Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. – May 1 to October 31

Garbage
The garbage is separated like in most areas in Germany: in organic waste, yellow sack (plastic packaging), residual waste, paper and glass. Instructions for this can be found under the sink. For all waste, the bins are located outside in the garbage room, sliding door with rotary knob between parking lot 1 and 2. All bins are marked. Thank you for separating the garbage!
Guest card – tourist tax
The city of Singen levies a tourist tax for all tourist travelers (ie not for business travelers) it is € 2.- per day and guest from the age of 14. We are obliged to add the tourist tax and pay it to the city.
As a guest, you will receive a guest card that entitles you to free travel by train and bus with the Hegau-Bodensee transport association (VHB), discounted travel on scheduled boats on Untersee and Rhine, and discounts on admission to swimming pools, museums and other facilities. Heating
your apartment is fitted with underfloor heating. Please be patient until the heater reacts to the setting until the desired temperature is reached. For orientation: The value “3” on the temperature controller corresponds to approx. 21°C room temperature.

Jogging
the best area for jogging is along the river Aach, which flows through Singen from North to South. To acces this area you exit PRIMERA to the right, pass the main station and the cinema until the end of Bahnhofstrasse, cross it and walk between the house to the river. You can go right in North direction, or left to the South – both options offer nice jogging tracks. (see map).

Key / mobile key
you will receive a key (chip) for the front door and your apartment – please do not forget to leave it on departure.
For late arrivals or as a back-up, we are happy to provide you with a mobile key for your smartphone. To do this, please download the JustIn Mobile app from Salto Systems:
after installing the app you need to make a short registration with your phone number (sms code – confirm – done) if you#re done we can send you the mobile key online.
Kitchen
your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave with oven function, fridge, stove, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle and ample crockery, as well as cutlery. There is also a dishwasher, kitchen towels and washing liquid.
An important request to you: switch on the kitchen hood when you are cooking (at least level 2) – thank you!

Laundry
We have set up a laundry in the basement, which is also available to our guests (stays of 7 nights or more). Cost contribution: €3 per washing or drying program. You need 6 x 50 cent coins. No detergent is provided for individual and allergy reasons. You can get a wide range of detergents in the nearby REWE supermarket.
INSTRUCTIONS: If you switch on the mashines – you’ll see on the left side of the touchscreen a button to change language 🙂 – most languages available.
Clothes racks, ironing board and iron are provided in each apartment.
On request, we will gladly take care of washing and ironing at fair prices.

for our long-stay guests we offer the possibility of our own letterbox. This is especially useful if you want to receive mail and/or parcels during your stay. We are happy to reserve and label your personal letterbox.
Please note that without a labeled mailbox, it is not possible to receive parcels, as there is no manned reception. If in doubt, the delivery services will then put a collection slip in our mailbox and it can take up to 3 days for you to receive it.

we have limited number of parking lots. We will be happy to reserve a parking space for € 9.-/day (caution: max. height for cars is 2 meters). If our parking spaces are fully booked, only 100m away, also in Bahnhofstraßei s the multi-storey car park “Parkhaus am Gleis”. The daily fee is € 10.-

Parcels
Please note that without a labeled mailbox, it is not possible to receive parcels, as there is no manned reception. If in doubt, the delivery services will then put a collection slip in our mailbox and it can take up to 3 days for you to receive it.
If you give your apartment number and your mobile number or agree on a delivery time, then the delivery services can ring the doorbell in the apartment and you can receive the deliveries personally.
We offer our long-stay guests the option of their own mailbox. This means that you can receive pick-up slips for parcels during your stay. We would be happy to reserve and label your personal mailbox.

Information for long-term guests regarding landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) and registration with the local registration office:
The PRIMERA apartments and rooms are “accommodation facilities” and so-called “commercial renting”. Different rules apply with regard to the landlord confirmation and deadlines for official registration.
A distinction is made between tenants who already have an apartment in Germany and have registered their place of residence there, and those tenants who do not yet have a place of residence in Germany:
• Tenants in an accommodation facility who already have a place of residence in Germany do not have to register as a resident of the rented apartment if the rental period is less than six months. As soon as their stay exceeds six months, they must officially register in the apartment within 14 days.
• Tenants in an accommodation facility who have not yet had a place of residence in Germany do not have to register as residents in the rented apartment if the rental period is less than three months. Only if they stay longer in the apartment do they have to register with the authorities within 14 days after the end of the three months.

there is a safe (laptop size) in the wardrobe.
Sauna
A full wooden sauna is available in the basement. The cost per use is € 30.- per apartment for max. 3 hours.
Please be sure to observe the hygiene rules! These are standard for every sauna visit one way or another, but since the “Corona regulation for saunas” of the state government STRICTLY and must be adhered by EVERYONE:
- Please give us a message by sms or Whatsapp on +4915237390753 – so you make sure the sauna is also available and reserved for you.
- Switch on the sauna (see below) and set the door label to “OCCUPIED (Belegt)”. The heating-up time is about 20 minutes.
- only guests of one apartment are allowed in the sauna facility. If the sauna is occupied, the following guests have to wait until it is free again and has been cleaned by us. Joint visits to the sauna with other guests are prohibited!
- Please make sure that you always completely cover your sitting and lying area in the sauna cabin and outside, so that there is no direct skin contact to the wood (also applies to the feet).
- After the end of your sauna stay, please leave the sign on the door “OCCUPIED (Belegt)” – we will release the sauna after cleaning.

the house is built very ecologically with high thermal insulation standard. A modern ventilation system with heat recovery provides the fresh air supply. The devices are optimally adjusted per room. We kindly aks you NOT to turn them off under any circumstances. Standard setting looks like this

Wifi
each apartment is equipped with its own secure high-speed Wi-Fi network (100 to 200Mbit). The individual network name and password can be found on a small info sign in your apartment. In addition, the open wifi (“Gast_Primera”) is available throughout the house.
Workstation with printer & scanner
within the lounge we have set up a workstation especially for our business guests. The use is free of charge. We have confidence in our guests that this facility is only used in a meaningful and careful way.
